Help Me Access My Report!
Where to find your report, what the new online view looks like, and how to troubleshoot access.
Accessing Your Link
Your report link is delivered by secure email, secure text message, or directly through your clinic’s online medical record — along with a one-time access code that’s unique to you.

1
Check your spam folder. Move the email to your inbox and mark it as not spam.
-
2
In the MamaBear app, go to your account (the icon in the upper right of the home page, or search “Sent”) and open Sent Reports to confirm the report was actually sent. If it wasn’t, send it again. If you haven’t purchased your 7-day access yet, purchase it, then try again. If it still doesn’t arrive, wait 15 minutes and retry.
-
3
Try the button inside the email.
-
4
Copy and paste the weblink directly into your browser instead.
-
5
Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).
-
6
If you’re on a clinic or work network, check with your IT department to confirm external emails are approved.
My Link Isn’t Accessible to My Provider via Their Online Medical Record
MamaBear works with any EMR that supports secure messaging, as well as secure email and secure text messaging as delivery options.
- The provider needs to open the secure messaging feature within their online medical record system.
- The provider needs to copy and paste the link into a browser.
- The provider’s IT department needs to allow access to outside websites.
- The access code is in the body of the message, whether it arrives via their online medical record, secure email, or secure text.
- If you’ve received the weblink yourself and it works, you can forward or share that directly with your clinic or provider through whichever secure channel they prefer.
