MamaBear Health users can delete their account directly in the app.
How to delete your account
- Open MamaBear Health and sign in.
- Tap the account icon (the small person icon) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Delete my account.
- On the Delete Account screen, check Yes, delete the account.
- Tap Delete Account to confirm.
What is deleted?
Deleting your account deletes your MamaBear Health account and the child account(s) associated with it, along with data stored in MamaBear Health that is eligible for deletion.
What may be retained?
Information that has already been sent to a clinician cannot be withdrawn from the clinician’s medical record and may be retained by that clinician as required by medical, legal, or regulatory requirements. MamaBear Health may also retain information when required by applicable law, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations, and only for as long as required for those purposes.
